ACDF

(Anterior Cervical Discectomy and Fusion)

Patients with neck pain and/or arm pain, weakness or numbness who have failed conservative measures (physical therapy, medications, injections, etc.) and who have evidence of disc degeneration or herniation on MRI are candidates for an ACDF.

Discectomy/Laminectomy

Patients with leg pain, weakness, or numbness who have failed conservative measures (physical therapy, medications, injections, etc.) and who have evidence of nerve root compression (disc herniation, stenosis) on spinal imaging are potential candidates for discectomy.

TLIF

(Transforaminal Lumbar Interbody Fusion)

Patients with back pain and leg pain, weakness, or numbness who have failed conservative measures (physical therapy, chiropractic, medication, injections, etc.) and who have evidence of disc degeneration or instability on MRI or other imaging are potential candidates for a TLIF.

Vascular & Diagnostics

Diagnostic cerebral angiogram and venogram are minimally invasive procedures to look at blood vessels in the brain to diagnose conditions such as cerebral aneurysms (weakening of blood vessel wall that can cause bleeding), arteriovenous malformations/fistulas/cavernous malformations (abnormal blood vessels and connects that can cause bleeding), and carotid and cerebral artery stenosis (narrowing of blood vessels in the brain and the neck that can cause stroke).
